Graphic Designer Marketing and Retail Experiences – Coca-Cola, Atlanta, GA

Position Overview:

This role, reporting to the Sr. Director of Design for Retail, Licensing, & World of Coca-Cola, will lead the design development of visual communication to support the business needs (including signage, way-finding, graphic standards, marketing collateral, e-marketing and in-store communication).

This role, reporting to the Design Director of Retail, Licensing, & Attractions, will lead the design development of visual communication to support LRA business needs (including signage, way-finding, graphic standards, marketing collateral, e-marketing and in-store communication). 

The role will require close partnership with the Licensing/Retail/E-com business partners to ensure communication meets business objectives and delivers results - while also pushing beyond the expected to create fresh design output that provokes reconsideration of our brand.

Solve for business objectives without sacrificing quality of design. Must be able to work with stakeholders with differing points of view and provide innovative solutions within the parameters of the business needs, timing/budget, and brand standards.
Lead Internal Collaboration: lead collaboration between marketers, merchants, design team and agencies to develop and/or create: communication style guides, signage, point-of-sale and wayfinding communications, and packaging.
External Agency/Partner/Vendor Selection: drive partner selection process to identify external resources/partnerships needed to grow the business.
Project Management: Own/manage timeline/resources to ensure on-time/on-budget delivery.
Design Leadership: Align on intent with Design Director and execute, providing opportunities for input/oversight.
Identify innovative solutions that drive consistency across communication channels (in-store, marketing, e-com), provide clear communication direction to partners, and leverage efficiencies/scale to manage resources, time and learnings.
