Your primary role is to lead conceptual development, production, and oversee multiple creative projects for clients, while simultaneously being a hands-on contributor within the Firm.
We are looking for Visual Designers to produce digital and print creative solutions to address our clients’ needs. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures, videos, and product marketing. Ultimately, you will ensure the Firm maintains its reputation through delivering high quality deliverables within tight deadlines.
Work You’ll Do
Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
Apply typography techniques
Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
Increase user friendliness in digital products
Establish and maintain brand consistency
Liaise with clients and other personnel to ensure deadlines are met
Create smart, compelling creative solutions across a wide array of integrated branding products including print, interactive/multimedia, and motion graphics
Work closely with other creative team members, including other designers, developers, and writers
Move comfortably among multiple projects with various audiences
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

Our Federal Deloitte Digital practice works with a broad array of clients to create advanced mobile applications, using agile development methods and small cross-functional teams of Developers, UX Designers, Visual Designers, and QA Engineers.
Required
Qualifications
4 year college degree from an accredited school in visual communication, graphic design, media arts, or related discipline
Demonstrated past professional experience graphic design for print and web media, corporate identiy, user interface design, and geospatial visualization design
Demonstrated past professional experience with preparation and preflighting files for print vendors (understanding of colorspace, resolution, transparency)
Demonstrated past professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite CS6 -Demonstrated past professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite CS6 inDesign interactive layouts/outputs like interactive PDFs, SWFs.
HTML/CSS -Demonstrated past professional experience working within, plus communicating and enforcing established brand/design standards
TS/SCI with Poly Clearance Desired
