Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. This role is based in Austin, TX and TikTok is located in several global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.

In this role you will...

• Brainstorm with designers and brand strategists to bring advertising campaigns to life from concept to execution

• Create campaign mock-ups and data visualizations

• Design beautiful presentation decks

• Execute motion graphic animations using After Effects

• Contribute to and brand guidelines development

• Designers are expected to not just execute ideas but also be a part of the initial creative process

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent professional experience

• Experience designing in/for PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote and other presentation platforms

• Must understand and be able to comply with brand identity & guidelines

• Good communicator, ability to design and articulate your concepts in a clear, concise manner

• Ability to conceptualize across a broad range of aesthetics and styles, and visualize in 3 dimensions

• Knowledge of industry tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and After Effects. Knowledge of 3D (Cinema 4D, Maya or 3ds Max) is a plus

• Detail oriented, ability to deliver a polished product under tight deadlines with impeccable attention to detail

• Understanding of design elements, color, and composition, as well as sensitivity to aesthetic and seasonal trends

• Ability to learn and apply new knowledge and skills quickly, in a fast-paced work environment

• Passionate about social media channels, specifically Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat
