Creative Director – Health-Ade Kombucha, Torrance, CA
The ideal candidate will have a deep portfolio that demonstrates design and creative excellence in bringing brands and products to life. This role is for a highly capable creative leader who can direct internal and external creative resources, and has the composure and communication talent to effectively present and communicate creative vision to senior executives. Prior experience in an agency or internal marketing team is preferred.
Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
Elevate brand look and feel to be a best-in-class example of how a brand can visually tell a cohesive, compelling story
Create on-brand creative solutions that meet measurable business goals, requirements, and streamline creative process
Lead creative development of innovative brand creative, from concept to delivery
Own, develop, and evangelize brand personality and purpose throughout the organization
Engage in team building to foster creativity and collaboration
Collaborate with CEO and brand marketing team to ensure creative materials represent CEO’s vision and help to further brand’s strategic direction
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business partners to ensure presence is consistent across all customer touchpoints
Develop brand strategies that drive compelling creative executions
Hands on creative development for key initiatives across channels
Quickly develop concept mockups to visualize new ideas in context
Lead creative strategy in existing and new markets
Develop creative strategy for in-house brands and oversee the scheduling and resources associated with creative production
Present creative concepts effectively to senior executives
Develop and oversee timelines, deliverables, and creative budgets and expenses
Ensure brand messaging meets legal compliance
Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a creative in digital product marketing/ advertising
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience as a Creative Director or Assoc. Creative Director
Data-driven and comfortable measuring campaign impacts. Demonstrable ability to impact KPIs
Understanding of design, copy, and traditional/digital/web best practices
Proficient in long and short-term planning, and ability to thrive under the pressure of tight deadlines
Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages
Demonstrate a growing ability to analyze problems, anticipate consequences and eliminate obstacles to successfully complete projects
Have strong bias for action in a fast-paced, metric driven environment
Demonstrated business acumen, including experience of budgeting and resourcing
The ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines
Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business and user interaction priorities
Self-starter
Strong written communication skills
