Research seasonal trends, fabrics, yarndyes, color, and embroidery. Collaborate with Merchandising, Production, Fabric, and Technical Design teams to achieve product execution and maintain design integrity. Conduct fittings. Create design cards for all development samples, including sketches, construction details, and layouts. Manage approval of all wash, fabric quality, trim, thread, and lab dip submits. Domestic and overseas travel for design research and product development.
