Sr. Creative Strategist – SnapChat, Los Angeles, CA

We’re looking for a Sr. Creative Strategist to join Team Snap! Working from our Santa Monica office, you’ll become a key player in driving the creative ambition of the business. As a Senior Creative Strategist, the successful candidate will be a creative catalyst with the ability to unlock revenue through ideas. Day-to-day, you will work with the Snapchat Sales team, key brand partners, and their agencies to create and implement best-in-class creative advertising campaigns on Snapchat.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop ideas, strategies, initiatives, and associated presentation materials to address those goals through creative advertising solutions on Snapchat, with a focus on performance marketing

  • Communicate and build strong relationships with senior partners across clients and agencies to understand their business goals

  • Influence and inspire clients and agencies through presentations and pitches

  • Discuss and provide feedback on design aspects of campaign creative

  • Work closely with the Sales team to develop and implement long-term and tactical direct response strategy against business objectives

  • Build strong relationships with account executives, sales leads, and managers

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive new scalable client solutions

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Excellent presentation and communications skills

  • Experience working in Google suite of products (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.), Adobe suite, and Keynote

  • Deep understanding of Apps and Direct Response marketing and how to build brilliant strategies across business needs and verticals

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in creative strategy or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of mobile performance marketing and how to build strategies for social platforms

  • Track record of developing outstanding creative applied in direct response

  • Ability to command a room and succinctly articulate thought-leading advertising solutions

  • Proven track record for managing multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details

  • 1+ years of experience managing and leading a team
